Bilin\u00e7siz ve dikkatsizce yap\u0131lan sportif aktiviteler insanlar\u0131 sakatlayabilmekte ve bir s\u00fcre sonra egzersiz yapmas\u0131na engel olabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle spora ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce mutlaka tam bir sa\u011fl\u0131k kontrol\u00fcnden ge\u00e7ilmelidir. Yap\u0131lan sa\u011fl\u0131k kontrolleri sonras\u0131 hekim g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc al\u0131narak, tavsiyeler do\u011frultusunda egzersiz yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Spor yaparken olu\u015fabilecek sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Basit bir \u00f6rnekle a\u00e7\u0131klayacak olursak, y\u00fcksek tansiyonu olan hastalarda y\u00fcksek eforlu egzersizler ciddi tehlike olu\u015fturabilece\u011fi i\u00e7in bunlardan ka\u00e7\u0131nmak faydal\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle sporcu kendine uygun spor se\u00e7melidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olanlar a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k antrenmanlar\u0131n\u0131 daha az yapmal\u0131 veya dikkatlice \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer bir konu ise beslenmedir. Sportif aktiviteye ba\u015flamadan yakla\u015f\u0131k en az 2 saat \u00f6nce yemek yenmi\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnde genellikle karbonhidrat a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme tercih edilmelidir. Ya\u011fl\u0131, sindirimi zor k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et ve hamur i\u015fi tatl\u0131lar egzersiz \u00f6ncesi t\u00fcketilmemelidir. \u00d6zellikle yaz mevsiminde ve s\u0131cak havada yap\u0131lacak sportif aktiviteye ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce s\u0131v\u0131 takviyesinde bulunulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bununla birlikte egzersiz i\u00e7erisinde t\u00fcketilen sporcu i\u00e7ecekleri, kaybedilen s\u0131v\u0131 ve mineral kayb\u0131n\u0131 yerine koyacakt\u0131r. Aktivite sonras\u0131nda v\u00fccudun toparlanmas\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131, depolar\u0131n doldurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yan\u0131n\u0131zda bir muz veya kek\/meyve suyu bulundurun.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lacak sportif aktiviteye y\u00f6nelik uygun ekipman kullan\u0131m\u0131, ayakkab\u0131, k\u0131yafet se\u00e7imi, sportif aktivite esnas\u0131nda yaralanma riskini azaltacakt\u0131r.
